All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Most products are shipped UPS Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Because this is considered a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order. All Shipping applies to the US Lower 48 States Only. For Shipping outside this area please contact us for proper shipping rates.

Returns:
If a change must be made to an order, please contact us immediately. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. Items may be returned if unused within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. There are NO returns after 30 days from date of reciept. Freight is nonrefundable.
